Katina never spoke to me or had any interaction with me highly disappointed in her behavior. I’ve never encountered a person at **** Smith like that before in the seven years that I’ve been dealing with you guys since I purchased my vehicle I would preferably like to not have her again.
She is a very nice person. Maybe thorough with job but she should check out what was done other times just so she could have found out I bought all 4 tires and she tried to charge me for oil and tire rotation! When there is no charge.
The Service gentleman was very professional. He explained things to me. I called to check on my vehicle. The Service Person (a female), was kind on the phone and had professional phone manners.

I came in on Friday and they told me that I would be there for 2 To 3 hours if I didn’t make appointment, So I made appointment for Monday ,came in at 8:41 My appointment was at 9:00 I stay there until 11 :57, I came in for a oil change and a tire rotation, And they gave me a bad Battery test reading, I told them I just had a battery put in about a year ago, they told me it was a year and six months ago. They gave me another Battery test and the results were good this time ????????
