I was satisfied with the service to my vehicle.
I was not satisfied with the service. I was impose a 3% surcharge. My card is Debit and credit card.
Yes I am as even picked up from my work to the dealership it was 20 miles or so my family and work folks was not able to at that time. Nissan to care of me !!!!

My car was never worked on and kept for almost 2 weeks. I had to call and check up on my car for any updates since no one called me once.
Service advisor requested part from your sister store & I was told 2 come back at 2pm. I came back early & part was already there. No one called to inform me of that fact. Also when I arrived early, I was told that I needed 2 wait until my service provider was back from lunch. That was ridiculous. Another service provider took my information and found out the part was indeed back but said "I will b right back with u &there scrambling n was the original service advisor.

He was very nice, friendly and polite. He explain want I needed done to my car and what maintenance is needed in the near future.
