My car was never worked on and kept for almost 2 weeks. I had to call and check up on my car for any updates since no one called me once.

Service advisor requested part from your sister store & I was told 2 come back at 2pm. I came back early & part was already there. No one called to inform me of that fact. Also when I arrived early, I was told that I needed 2 wait until my service provider was back from lunch. That was ridiculous. Another service provider took my information and found out the part was indeed back but said "I will b right back with u &there scrambling n was the original service advisor.
