Christopher was fine but I turned my Pathfinder in at my appointment time of 8:15. Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. I could see my vehicle and nothing was done before about 11:20. I got my vehicle back a little before 12. Seems excessive for a pretty straight forward service.

I human experience has been taken away. No one came to explain what’s going on with your car. When they do come out they ask did you get a message from me?? Never explaining the new practices of the service department. I had an appointment @ 8:30am and didn’t leave till 1:30pm. Now I’m waiting for a part to come in to have my car repaired. I wasn’t told when the part would arrive etc…. The service advisor was pleasant and did the best he could with the training/information he

Transmission still going in lamp mode, limp mode what’s the supposed to be reprogrammed to the car spray first when you start to takeoff it goes in a limo and try to take off in high gear.was told it was fixed after reprogrammed.Had bring it right back to shop . Left it with service advisor. Charges me 352.00 and still doing same thing.
