However we ordered the parts and got it repaired by a good mechanic with the cost of 1/3 of your quotes. Since we are retired and limited income we decided to get the job done with private mechanics and gave my friends the udea of not using the dealership unless the vehicle is still under warranty
Good timing getting my oil changed without an appointment. Joanna was very pleasant and helpful at checkout and I was very surprised that I also got a car wash! It was a great Saturday morning!

I got to my appt. 15 minutes early and my vehicle sat outside fir 45 minutes before being taken in. Seeing employees being touchy feely with each other and on their phones made for an unprofessional and unsafe working environment.

I went on the website and scheduled this oil change a few days ago for 9:30 a.m. due to our schedules, my husband is the one who brought it in and arrived a few minutes prior to 9:30. However, 2 and 1/2 almost 3 hours later is when he finally was able to get the car back. Apparently it had been done because he saw it sitting in the parking lot but no one had come to let him know the car was ready. Prior to that at about 11:00 he had gone to ask about it because he saw the car was still not pulled into the bay. He he mentioned that we had an appointment at 9:30 and they told him. Oh, that doesn't mean that's when we work on your car. That just means when you're dropping it off. I've never had that experience before because typically I've been asked if I am waiting or leaving the car and when I've made the appointment time it usually means that is when I am expecting my car to be serviced.
I always have great service at **** Smith Nissan. Everyone is always nice and attentive. Rick is very knowledgeable and friendly.

My oil change appt was at 4pm and they didn’t start working in my car until 5:30! No one said a thing to me in fact my advisor came around 5 and said he was leaving and someone else would take care of me and that it wouldn’t be too much longer. Absolutely not acceptable. The manager who was there said they wouldn’t put it through my warranty which I appreciate but there needs to be better communication. I had things to do which I couldn’t because I didn’t get out of there until after 6!
