Justin went above and beyond! I want to thank Justin at the Nissan service center for his outstanding professionalism and helpfulness. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my options at **** Smith. He was extremely knowledgeable of the service process but never patronizing. He took the time to answer my questions clearly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. It’s rare to find someone so patient and dedicated to excellent customer care, and Justin went above and beyond to provide that. I truly appreciate the way he handled everything and highly recommend working with him if you need service at Nissan. Doesn’t hurt that he looks like Gerard Butler either! Thanks for a great experience!

After 10 days I have the same radio I had when I started. It was replaced with a used one, which I was told by the seevice department thats what my warranty company does... but when I called the warranty company they were surprised by that response. I paid $100 deductible for no repair and did without my car for 10'days. Now I have to get it taken care of at a different location because clearly no one there knows what they are doing. I am pissed off to say the least...They knew they didn't fix the issue when they returned it to me for the second time..

Justin was great but I didn't expect to have to replace all 4 rotors when I brought our Rogue in for brake work. Justin explained that your shop doesn't turn them and that was the reason for the replacements. We were charged for a tire rotation which I think could have been a no charge item as the tires are off for the brake work anyway. Lastly, we were under the impression when we purchased the vehicle that oil changes would be a complimentary item. What I thought would be a about a $400 trip to the dealer turned out to be over $1500. We will be taking this car elsewhere for service from now on.....unfortunately.

My daughter brought my car in to have a transmission place. She didn’t quite understand what to tell them that she needed it so I told her to put someone on the phone she put Mike Harper on the phone. He was very rude and disrespectful kept over talking and just being rude and mean and in the back I heard yelling and I asked my daughter who is there. She said it was the guy that you was speaking to going back-and-forth with an employee was so disrespectful. My daughter was so scared that she wanted me to cancel the service and go somewhere else he need to learn how to speak to people and customer service is very important and he need to know that.
