The service was questionable and Customer Service is non existent.

This is my second survey to you, never heard back from the first one I gave months ago. Again I am completely disappointed with the over all service. My brand new nissan 2024 senta, after 14 months didn't start but no one can give me a ligit answer of why this happen. Unfortunately im sire I will not get a call from anyone...because no one cares including the manager.

Upon drop off I asked for my complimentary clean I was given from service manager to my prior visit due to poor service. When I arrived to pick up my truck it was failed to be cleaned at all and I mentioned that I wanted my complimentary clean twice
Was treated with courteous and car was in good care.
