I feel that the communication was not effective. There was no follow up on my car with the specific needs and problem with the car was continual reaching back and trying to get in touch with your service folk, especially the service manager. I feel like there’s much to be desired with your service

I made an appointment and did not get my vehicle back til late afternoon. I always make appointments and this always happens. I thought making appointments meant a slot would be allocated for the customer , so they would not have to wait very long. I completely understand if staffing is low, but a heads up or “we apologize for the very long wait”, would’ve been nice.

I was completely satisfied with today’s customer service and the work performed on my vehicle. The service advisor was courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to explain in detail what I needed. She is a definite asset to **** Smith Nissan.
