A very good experience. Katrina kept me informed explained what I needed and why. What was especially helpful was being picked up for a ride to pick up my truck after repairs were done. I didn't have to beg friends for a ride

Bought truck in for noise near front and was told the techs that test drove could not hear very well. Had a 7am appt but had to call back at 2 to find out status of vehicle..was told the manager would test drive about 330 but called back at 430 was told he had to handle irate customers.wanted to know if I needed my vehicle back if not they could check again the next day..I only have one vehicle ..had already gone one day with no results

After battery replacement the dash board was not the same and I was not able to get it back by myself. I was told to return car back to the service department to fix
