Katrina is great & so the other staff. I was told that my alignment was fixed on Friday, paid & left. Saturday I was out doing errands and realized it was still pulling so I went back to the dealership around 2:20 & was told the service department closed at 2. Now I have to go back again. I have to wait until Friday because it’s my half day at work. That’s the day I’m supposed to drop it off the body shop. I’m just very frustrated

Customer service was not good at all.
My car has been in repeatedly since the middle of November. They had to replace a battery that had only been in 13 months. It went bad and after they replaced it, everything started going bad with the electronics on my dashboard my power windows, the display on the video screen the lights indicating this on my right hand side. They finally gave me a loaner Tuesday and I’ve had the car since then until late this afternoon. Twice out of several of the previous times, it was in to correct this issue. The car was left running so they could see the issues. It never got fixed then and it’s not fixed yet. I was told to bring it back the next time the issue appears. But I don’t understand is why when they saw the problem when it was running the first few times it was addressed properly. Now I’m gonna have to take it back for six time.
