Had appointment at 745am. Arrived at 735am…. Didn’t not leave until almost 11am. Over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and trans flush.

Katrina was not very kind on the phone and seemed annoyed that I was calling. I had an 8am diagnostic appt. and was told when I dropped off the truck that I would hear something in about an hour so I called at 11am (3 hours later) and asked for an update. Katrina said “I don’t know what’s going on, he probably hasn’t driven it yet, there’s only one technician”. Only after I expressed concern that the shop closed at 2pm did she offer to check and see what the status was and said she would call me back. I waited for another 35 minutes and did not receive a callback and had to call again for an update and was told “the diagnostic was still in progress”. The mechanic who finally called was very nice and explained everything well. When I came to get my truck several days later I had another bad experience with the cashier. She did not get up and was on her phone when I arrived so I said hello to get her attention then said I was here for my truck. She stared at me and rudely said “yeah I need your name”. She then got huffy when I asked to see an itemized bill. After I paid I asked where I could find my vehicle and she said “I don’t know”. I then replied “guess I’ll just wander in the parking lot until I find it” and she laughed. I found the mechanic helpful but the customer service is terrible and I will not be back.
Waiting one hour and forty five minutes for an oil& filter change, tires rotation is somewhat unreasonable considering I took the time to make an appointment. Why not dedicate a couple technicians to take care of customers with simple jobs like my own. I’m speaking from over 20 yrs of experience as a former mechanic with over 23 years experience managing military maintenance facilities. Other than the wait time, I’m satisfied with the service
