There was a pile of leaves left in the floor board from where the inside air filter was changed. They did not fill up the windshield fluid. Light came on my way home. They have always topped this off on every service. As much as labor cost I would assume there would be more care taken on servicing a car that was purchased at this location.
I believe that it’s unfair that I had to pay a diagnostic fee even though I got my car fixed there, I believe that is very unprofessional, I understand if I chose not to get my car fixed there that’s one thing but charging me that and the cost of repair is very unprofessional, this is my 2nd visit in 20 days and I would expect more from a service center in a military town

I do admit that I no longer feel valued by **** Smith Nissan after being loyal to them for over 13 years to include having purchased and only servicing my vehicle at this location. Over the years I’ve seen the profit margins increase with the price increases, but the basic customer appreciation of providing basic free snacks, water or donuts have deteriorated or is nonexistent. I’ve seen numerous changeovers with service advisors. The diagnostic fee is ridiculously outrageous exceeding $200 which is ridiculous. And each time I pick up my vehicle I’ve yet to have a service advisor to discuss all the things that were completed or that were found with my vehicle to provide me an opportunity to see whether I would like to have the services completed or not. On top of the ridiculous fees that has been increased they have the nerve to charge the 3% surcharge for us spending money with them by using our credit cards, you should be thankful to be earning our business instead of charging us for the fee just so you can get out of paying a small credit card fee out of your greedy profits.
This was my first and it will be my last Nissan that I ever purchase, but if I had to do it all over again, I would not purchase Nissan or from this location. The Nissan brand or **** Smith, location doesn’t bring any value to me spending my money with them in the future.
