I took my vehicle for service on Saturday, February 28 when I checked my car and I informed them that it had a collision light displayed on my dashboard when I picked up my car they said nothing was coming up and then my Vehicle was okay, I sign off the car. The moment I get on the freeway. The light comes up I take it back to the dealer. They said that is was a busy day and that they don’t have enough technicians and that I could bring it back on Tuesday. I take it back on Tuesday. They told me that. camera has something defected or some sensor from the cameras not working, but they cannot replace it at the moment cause they need to order the parts. I said OK ordered the part and I informed them that I will be taking a long trip this coming weekend and ask if my car was safe to drive he said that technician has said that it was not safe to drive it. I asked for a loaner. I got contact this morning Thursday that. They have received the part, but I’m not able to take it in until this evening. I have asked them if they could keep the car fix it while I’m gone and I could ask for a loaner they’re only saying that they will provide me a loaner for one day. Is so inconvenient to have a brand new car and not be able to take it on my trip because of some technical and unsafe position. and that Toyota is not able to provide me with a solution.
Service rep wasn’t polite or courteous upon my arrival. Needs customer service orientation. Service for a simple oil change took too many hours and tires weren’t rotated.
The reception team at the service desk were also very helpful!
Wait was a bit long but Genaro was very good.

Jerry is the man! We live in a world of rapidly declining customer service, but not Jerry. He made me feel welcome and valued as a customer from start to finish! I will definitely be back, and I look forward to having Jerry as my service center representative!

Rodrigo was very knowledgeable about what the possible issues were with my vehicle upon arrival to the service center. He gave me peace of mind knowing the vehicle was left in good hands. Once the job was done. He continued to provide excellent service providing tips for the future if I were to run into another issue. I was able to drive off happy to have been a customer and to have received great customer service.
