I purchased a used Yaris IA from Martin and he assured me that they would repair the arm rest that was missing as of today almost a month since i purchased the vehicle i still don’t have one. Disappointed that Glendora Toyota sells used cars that are missing parts. Joseph Salazar was of great help and he told me that they weren’t able to get the part and that i would have to look at a junk yard. I purchased the car in good faith that it would be replaced. It was obviously just to get a sale that I was promised I would get the missing arm rest. I will definitely not be a return customer to Glendora. Very disappointed

The communication and service provided was great. However, I am concerned with the documentation process of services provided and the omission of parts. After carefully reviewing the service sheet/receipt, I noticed that the installation of the Illumination Package and rear bumper protector was not included. Furthermore, the illuminated cargo sill is missing from the illumination package installation (it was not installed). Lastly, I don’t have any documents certifying the purchase and delivery of Ultimar. I kindly request review of my findings and concerns. Lorraine F
