I was not giving confirmation if the oil and oil filter had been changed on my truck. I received the receipt but the oil and filter were not itemized. Thank you.

Everyone at Glendora Toyota was very helpful. I went in later in the afternoon and they got it done really fast. They all were polite. Everybody was polite and when they brought my car back, they were polite and nice so everyone was great.

Your team saw that I had a an after market drain plug and still decided to change my oil before letting me know and now my car is leaking oil when I took it wasn’t when I took it in. I should have been notified before you continue with my service now I paid for an oil change for no reason because now I have to get a new oil pan and plug and purchase new oil. This is a huge inconvenience for me because that is my daily driver and now it has an oil leak. This is very disappointing I take my Toyota vehicles to Toyota you get the best possible work!!!
