It took five hours for the service department to inspect my vehicle and perform a tire rotation. Considering the dealership was not busy when I dropped off and picked up my car, this delay was unacceptable. What was even more frustrating was seeing several service representatives standing around chatting, which gave the impression that there was little sense of urgency regarding customer service and communication. No one contacted us to let us know the vehicle was ready. Instead, we had to call the dealership ourselves to find out.
