I'm not sure that I talked with Genero. When I arrived, they said he was with another customer. Regardless, whoever I dealt with was fine, polite and efficient.

I just feel the customer shd not hv to tell them what cld be wrong . They said cld not find anything but I told them check the rotors n it was that but the employees were very nice
