I don’t know the name of the service rep that helped me, it wasn’t the guy who signed me it, ( the original guy wasn’t there when I got the text that my truck was ready). It was another guy, and I really appreciate all of his help. Next time l will get his name. The tech had mis marked something on my sheet and this guy helped me get clarification .
Service adviser was respectful and courteous, and on top of his job he called me to give me updates consistently and he was friendly
Received service report with recommendation to change my air filter. I selected yes to change it. Upon picking up my car i asked if it was done because the price was less than expected. it was not done. The lady who rang me up said “oh they didnt do it maybe next time”

Toyota's Detailed inspection report did not include details regarding tire rotation (which was part of the service). Every other inspection was checked off as having been inspected, but not tire rotation? When service adviser called to say car was done, I mentioned this issue to him, and he said they had been rotated and he would 'fix' the inspection report. ? Doesn't build my confidence in Glendora Toyota Service .

I was completely satisfied with my experience I had with Jonathan. He provided me with excellent customer service. The repairs that I needed on the car I had him explain to me in detail what each of the item of repair was so I had a good understanding of why those repairs were needed and he did that with patients and kindness.
