His attention to detail and laying options gives us the best options and pricing to fix our vehicles. He makes the process less painful to our pockets and relieves major headaches of any issues to our vehicles from wear and tear. David Millan is the golden standard of what a service representatives can do for a Toyota car owner. I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota of Glendora on April 2. I arrived at 10:00 AM and made a 10:30 AM appointment on site. I was told the service would take about 2 hours. However, by around 1:00 PM I had not received any notification. When I checked the parking lot, I found my car had already been serviced and parked there, but no one informed me. When I went to pay, the cashier said the paperwork was not completed and had to call the service advisor. The staff member handling the paperwork was impatient and unprofessional. I did not finish checking out until about 1:40 PM. I was also quoted $379 for a 5-service package, which is significantly higher than the ~$330 package I previously purchased at Puente Hills Toyota. Overall, the communication and service quality were very disappointing.

Rodrigo set me up with 90 days same as cash so I could pay for my oil change and not have to return at a later date. He is a great guy.

I had tried twice to come for an oil change. The wait was too long, even with an appointment. Rodrigo suggested a time to come to make sure my wait was minimal. So helpful!

The service provided did not fix the issue and I was charged for it. An alternate solution was provided and they proceeded to charge me for that. Poor customer service.
