It took 3 hours for a car inspection. When I checked on my car after 2hours 15 minutes I found out a problem they ran into but was never communicated to me because Darren said he was very busy and didn't realize what was happening. I did appreciate that I did not have to pay my bill especially being a loyal customer for 15 years.it seems a better process for keeping track of customers should be implemented.

Donovan was excellent. Couldn’t have been more pleased with his service. There was an error in ordering my tires for my appointment that he was not involved with (was whoever scheduled my appointment last Wednesday). My tires were not available today so some work was not able to be done. Because of the inconvenience of having to make another trip back at a later date, Donovan went out of his way and got me a discounted price on the tires when I come back. I heard nothing but good things about Handy Toyota, and as a very disgruntled ex-heritage toyota customer, Donovan reassured me today that I made the right choice switching to Handy’s.
