The work is always done well and on time. My Avalon is a few years old but runs like new. They tell you when you should do certain services to keep your toyota running like it's new. Today was spark plug changes at 122000 miles. I love my Avalon.

Megan was great, but the service technician that I saw a week ago this past Friday either missed a whole bunch of stuff that the guy who looked at my vehicle saw today or vice versa.

Appointment for tire changeover and state inspection was at 10 was not ready until 330.winter tires were jammed in back covering cloth ceiling with dirt and grime
