The communication throughout the day was poor. I was told the truck would be looked at at 830 when I had dropped off the night prior. I had to call multiple times at 10am, 1pm, and 230pm and be told that the person on the phone was unsure of the information about my truck. I was diagnosed with needing a new starter and a new battery. If a vehicle has a faulty starter it would be unable to be jump started, my truck could be jump started. I was told Handys couldn’t jump start with the jump pack. When I inspected the battery during pickup, the negative terminal of the battery had been disconnected and was the reason for not being able to be jumped. I reconnected and was able to jump with the jump pack. I brought to O’Reilly and asked to have a new battery installed and it immediately turned over and read good values on starter, alternator, and battery. Handys provided poor communication, customer service, and incorrect diagnosis

Jeff has been my advisor more than once and I like him a lot. He’s very friendly and nice. He’s the middle man between what the mechanic reports and what I actually believe about the report lol.

Just need to add my coupon for 2 free oil changes and 1 free tire rotation to my account. Also my insurance card was not in my vehicle when I left with my car looked everywhere in the car is it still in the shop ?

I had made a 9:00 AM appointment. And although I was dropping my car off and not in a huge hurry, my car did not even get looked at until 3 PM. Because it did not get looked at until 3 PM. My car had to stay overnight, which was an inconvenience for me. I think if they offer appointments then they should stick to the appointment time even if you’re dropping your car off.

Everything was handled exceptionally, I had a tire issue and on the way to the dealership got a rock chip in the glass. They got the tire issue resolved , the glass and also got 2nd key programmed and ready so it was all done in one shot. Victoria had a great smiling attitude and was a pleasure to deal with!

I forgot to take care of my annual inspection and called Handy at the last minute before a big work road trip. They squeezed me in the same day and took care of the inspection. Much appreciated!
