Jeff was great to work with. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the quality of the service performed on my truck. My vehicle was returned to me with unbalanced tires, which made the drive all the way back to Maine pretty sketchy and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint. I’m disappointed with the work that was completed, but even more disappointed that after speaking with four different employees - along with receiving a message relayed from a manager - not one person apologized for the issue or acknowledged that the work wasn’t completed properly. Hopefully this was just a one-off situation and not something other customers are experiencing, because customers should be able to trust that their vehicles are returned in safe, road-ready condition.

Today is May 30. Mike moved the tundra out of the garage and found like three oil spills are dripping on the concrete floor. He’s not happy about this. He assumes they never took the plate out from underneath the oil filter so it dripped onto the oil plate now it’s leaving oil spots all over our garage floor. He is not very happy even after Adam Luneau explained that they had to take extreme care of this truck. We feel they did a poor job fingerprints on the hood of the truck were greasy after they were done with it. They never cleaned it up. Your service men are slacking. You can call me ****-****-xxxx. I would like Adam Luneau to know about this please thank you

Waited almost two hours for the service to be done, so definitely took much longer than I ever thought it would. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The work was superb. The only issue was I was told it was about 1 hour process it took 1 1/2 hours. Just a update would have been nice. Everyone i spoke to was very helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to talk to.

I selected I was satisfied with the service provided by Megan and I was. I am disappointed that I had asked for a complimentary wash & vac but never got one. She listed it on the order to be done so she did her job. Given I had a coupon for this and I was dropping it off so figured they had plenty of time I thought I would capitalize. After all, the coupon was going to expire in 2 days. The part that disappoints me the most and really concerns me is not so much that I didn’t get the free car wash & vac but my receipt had it listed as the first to do item and it was listed on the receipt as completed. I took a pic of the car. There wasn’t a drop of water that hit that car anywhere nor was there a speck of dirt vacuumed. That makes me wonder if this simple service is getting pencil whipped, what else is being marked as ‘COMPLETED’ but not really done. I would expect more of a checks & balance from this service dept. Do better Handys.
