My Handycare coverage ran out two months ago while I was at work in India. The truck has been in storage for four months. I asked if Handy could relax the deadline considering the situation. The manager said he would if he could, but that it was not allowed. I felt that he should be given the authority to make that call. Otherwise it was perfect. I recommend Handy whenever anyone is looking for a vehicle in this area.

Driver seat had dirt all over it. As well as the glove box had dirt smear on it and passenger side panel and glove box was loose.

Work was done as expected. I was informed with progress updates along the way. I did have to stop after leaving the dealership to readjust the set of tires that were placed in the bed of the truck as they were rolling around.

Honestly, the last 2 service jobs we’ve had with you have not gone great. The most recent one was scheduled for the 30k check up, which included an oil change and tire rotation. We left some additional items to look at on the after hours slip when we dropped off. We did not receive any notice that the car was ready and when we called at 5:00 to check, the service agent was not aware if the oil change was done or not (it wasn’t but the maintenance light was reset?). Needing the car the next day, we had to pick it up and drop it off the day after for the oil change. When we dropped it off, there was no record of the appointment and a manager had to get involved to figure it out?? We live in S Hero so this requires us to drive back and forth 4 times to get this work done, wasting considerable time. Previously, we scheduled an appointment for maintenance and a recall was added. I dont recall exactly what happened but basically the wrong parts were ordered or not the right parts, no one notified us that the work couldn’t be done, 3 trips back and forth were made and a fiasco ensued with a rental car. It was a mess of a situation. We sorry, but after these 2 situations, we will not be returning for service and will be going to heritage instead. We love to support businesses outside of Chittenden county, but unfortunately the level of service we’ve gotten from you just isnt worth the extra drive.

Everything went smoothly, very happy with the service I received. Went in for oil change and a multipoint inspection was done which made me aware of other things that need to be addressed. So while the car was in the shop I had a couple filters replaced.

I waited an hour to be notified that the part was not available and was not happy having taken time off from work and losing revenue. Now I have to reschedule, potentially losing more revenue because of your error.

Tonya was very professional, courteous from check in to check out. She explained clearly that the technician, Caleb had found the drive belt in bad condition and could snap apart at any time and should be replaced immediately. Tonya showed me the estimated cost and asked if I would like to have the belt replaced. I was very grateful for the diagnosis as I am driving to Boston tomorrow and had the belt replaced within the time Tonya had told me to expect. Job well done! Thank you Tonya and Caleb!
