Appt for 4 pm at 5 pm we went to check on our car and it wasn’t even serviced yet. This is the second time this has happened. We made a stink and customer service came and blamed it on someone else and offered us a 50% discount in price. It’s ridiculous. Won’t ever go there again. Over priced and over promised. It’s disgusting.

i was satisfied with the wait time but the service person was not careful loading and unloading the tires from the back of my vehicle and pulled the tailgate gasket out of its slot and put a small cut in the gasket also while i was underway i had to stop and secure the tires as they were just thrown in the back haphazardly-i had laid cardboard over the gasket in hopes that it would keep from damaging it--this has happened before

As a longtime Handy customer I can confidently say that Tori is far and away the best service advisor I’ve had at Handy and I have had many! I have purchased 4 vehicles at Handy Toyota and now have 3 that get regular service. Tori excels at communication and customer service. She is so diligent and responsive. Thank you, Tori!

Some work was done marginally. After I received my truck, I had to go back in to get someone to fix it. I have seen your service quality go down through the last several years.

I had a flat snow tire Friday night. It would no stay inflated. Saturday I called Handy to see if they could patch my tire or get me some new summer tires. The snow tire could have been patched but probably wouldn't have lasted for long. I was happy to get a new set of summer tires on and get back on the road again. It was great to be able yo get unscheduled service on a Saturday. Thank you so much Handy Toyota!
