Tory was very polite when explaining my first service on my Trd pro 4Runner but the best part was when my service was done I was in the waiting room watching her pull my vehicle around very slow and not parking near other vehicles she proceeded to slide out not stepping on my side bars and then she pulled her sleeve down over her hand to close my door right then I knew she was a keeper. To show that much respect for my vehicle not knowing I was watching was overly impressive she will be my go too. Thanks Tory

I just bought this vehicle. It's got less than 45k mileage. The air conditioner is going to cost me $1100.00. WTF. I also have a seep,but not a leak. Not covered until it leaks. Again WTF. That's another $3500.00. Why should I ever do business with you again ?

Firstly it is very frustrated to not be able to reach the service dept myself but rather be transferred to multiple likes all to have to leave a message and while I’m working I can’t wait for a call back then I call to pay and am told to call downtown to pay for undercoating I call them they tell me no I have to call the main number to pay there I call back and they say no call this number. I call that number and the guy needs my vin I don’t have that at work do I call back later. Then I had paid and asked then to put my key outside the gate I’ll pick up late tonight well I just went to pick it up and my car is blocked in by two other cars and I have no way out. I will admit I’m frustrated.

I was assured that the driver inattention warnings would be deleted. Again on leaving, I was also told that they had done this. As it turns out, it was not done.
