I had requested a loaner vehicle but a reservation was not made unfortunately and no other cars were available. Errol did arrange to have one part of my service completed quickly and the service manager arranged to have my truck picked up and delivered for the next part of the service another day. So while I was a bit disappointed, I was happy with the outcome and with everyone who assisted that day.

Everyone there was friendly and efficient...good service, reasonable price. Tom drove me home and picked me up again...great to have that service. Donavan was very good with communicating..he called and texted to keep me informed. Very happy with service and people there! Thank you! ????????????

All service staff went out of their way to assure repairs in my best interest and even provided a rental vehicle when it was evident the work would require more time. Tonya was extremely helpful, coordinating all needs and well aware of specific challenges and assuring at every turn. I really am so happy with this dealership . Thank you.

Darren is a super associate. He explains even the dumbest of my questions to my understanding. Never, never has he been pushy or even said “ well you SHOULD “ do this or that. His sense of humor is also an asset not to mention he always, ALWAYS makes eye contact ! In my estimation, Darren is a keeper !!

Darren has always taken such great care of us and goes the extra mile to ensure we have a great experience! Whether it’s when I leave for my run before confirming he has everything he needs, or when I have to connect him with my husband for all of the questions I can’t answer, or when I need something out of my car after I’ve left the service center — he is always patient, kind, and understanding. The first thing I noticed was a big grease smudge on the drivers door. Then when I checked my tire pressures, I had 4 different pressures, way above recommended on the right. Not impressed
