Not Megan’s fault, but had I’d been informed during previous multipoint inspections that there was an issue with my brakes of 30-34k miles, the expensive replacement of rotors could have been avoided. Somehow, it was not noted, and so I and the service advisor assumed all was well when it was not! Though I appreciate the $50 taken off my bill, the cost to me for it not being reported was much higher. There’s a reason that I prefer to use Handy’s over another Toyota dealership, but this recent fiasco leaves me wondering. Multipoint inspections, apparently, are only as good as the thoroughness of the reporting. These rotors did not break down in the period of one month! Megan was very professional and thorough.

Victoria was amazing and very helpful. My only concern is not with Victoria. When I called to ask about my warning light, I feel like maybe somebody could have told me all I have to do was make sure the vent in the backseat was clear instead of bringing it in and having to spend $71 for a diagnostic. Understandably it was my fault but I feel like something like that could have been explained over the phone. It would have saved me time and money and saved you guys time and money. Anyway it's not the worst thing in the world and you guys have treated me very good since I bought my car.
