The truck is not fixed. You billed for over $5,000 and the truck you sold me was not able to be fixed by your master technicians. To proceed further would have continued to cost money and I have little/no faith that the technicians there will fix the problem. I’m proceeding to look for answers elsewhere. Megan did her best I’m sure.

Handy ordered a tonneau cover and steps for my new 2025 1794 Tundra. Not only did they come in a week early, they scheduled me for the install the day that the parts arrived! When they discovered that the Predator steps that I ordered were damaged in shipping, they upgraded my steps to complete the install during the same appointment! Thanks, Donovan! Much appreciated.

Service was great, however the drivers side wiper blade is too long and goes beyond the window! Need to come for the correct size to be installed asap with all the rain in the forecast!

Megan is always so sweet and kind when she helps us at Handy’s. When our car was done this morning and we left, we heard an odd rattling noise that made us concerned. When we arrived back at Handy’s, Megan was eager to help and ask us what was going on and got a service tech to check out our vehicle. She’s an awesome person and definitely cares about the customers and make sure they’re happy and that any questions are answered. ????
