Jake was Great! I felt comfortable with him and never felt any pressure. He was very transparent with me throughout our conversations. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. After having rear brakes replaced I drove out of service center with a loud metal grinding noise. Thought it might disappear but it did not. Also, the running light which I had paid for to be replaced had not been replaced. Had to bring vehicle back in to shop to be corrected & then noticed afterwards that they had put in a different color light. Not a happy customer! I did not get the impression that the young mechanic was really into what he was doing. Service Writers were very helpful.

The scheduling process was a bit on the not totally satisfied part. Using the Toyota app, i was only given the choice to drop the vehicle off and return the following day. I called the dealership and spoke to a young lady that verified that the only appointments that Handy offered were those which involved dropping the vehicle off and possibly waiting all day as it was first come / first serve. I knew this could not possibly be true since I was being offered a 915am slot. The complicated part was that since I was not sure how long I would wait, my wife drive a 2nd vehicle to the dealership so that we could run errands.

Dropped Tacoma off there 9:30 am 6/27 & told them this was my only vehicle & would be waiting. The problem was for an air conditioner compressor malfunction. Was told by the lady handling the appointment,that this place would be capable of diagnosis and fixing the problem. After waiting for 3 hours we decided to take the shuttle into town because the truck hadn't even been looked at yet. At about 4 was called to say the total to fix would be $2500 for a new compressor & condenser since those 2 are now defunct. But they couldn't fix cause the parts weren't there. I got a $72 bill for them to do an half an hour inspection! Won't be coming back. Feel like a loser after purchasing the truck outright from Handy's downtown last February & now this has happened! Won't be coming back.
