Great service department, Megan, Jeff and others (I don't know their names) are always helpful. From sales to service, the employees are happy. Great job taking care of the employees and treating them well. Also, communication via calls/text are spot on and punctual - very nice. And the complementary car rental/loaner is a definite plus and very helpful. Keep it up!

Oil change went fine. Jeff was excellent but tech did not address the failure of features which when was sold to us were technical miracles but basically did not work from day one. Ie: foot opening of rear hatch. Most added features were not worth the high price but couldn’t be eliminated at point of sale. Pretty sure dissatisfaction won’t matter until next time I purchase a vehicle, which probably won’t be a Toyota. Jeff was very good though.

Report Toyota sent stated micro filter needed to be replaced, then sent correction stating it was replaced. The girl with the paperwork said it was not replaced?

I am happy and thankful that you were able to find the problem with my truck. However, the price I received on the pre site was different than the price I was charged when I got there. I actually never authorized work at that price although I would have. When I went to pick up my truck the two ladies that helped me were dismissive and short when I tried to ask questions about it. I was confused by the situation, and there was no effort to help me through it. I will most likely come back to handy and hope to have a better customer service experience.
