Long wait and the issue I reported was not fixed. The staff I worked with were great, and possibly this was out of their control. But the long wait and the continued issue is very frustrating. 2+ hours and the steering wheel seems to be even more out of center 15+ degrees to the right.

Everything was great. However the hood was not latched and I did not notice it until I got home. 55 miles away traveling at 75mph. Please review with tech. Other than that everything is great.

For the second time in 3 years, the service team was unable to remove and replace the vehicles inspection sticker without destroying the UV film on the windshield. I now have it scheduled to be replaced on November 6th.

Everything went great. No problems. Except for one. I had tires mounted today. The only detractor was that I walked up to my truck. I saw all these lube all over my wheels and tires. You guys do such a great job. Everyone was friendly. And fun. Except that. It takes 5 minutes to make sure things are clean. Thank you to all of you. I hate to bring this up. But it’s the little things make things pop big

The work of putting on snow tires for winter and replacing inside air filters was done quickly and efficiently. Victoria also helped explain an issue on why Handy's couldn't install a 7 pole RV connector after talking with the mechanics that would have had to undertake the work. I appreciated her taking the time to clearly explain the problem.
