He was very quick and I even was given shuttle service to town while my vehicle was worked on. I do now have a light on that say maintenance required. A friend said sometimes the light will be on if the mechanic forgot to reset after doing work. The light still has not gone off. Should I bring it in or is there a way I can just reset it myself? Thank you

Victoria Barbagallo was very helpful and took an extra mile to look us up in the system when we were told very approximate waiting time. This extra step helped us to decide to shop at the store nearby instead of driving all the way home. It was perfect timing, as soon as we loaded tge car with our last purchase, the message came on my phone that tge car is ready.

Megan recommended that I not do the recall today because it takes a long time and I was waiting at the dealership. She recommended that I make an appointment to drop the car off to do that, and my tires didn't need rotating, so today I was in and out quickly with just an oil change. My estimated hour wait was more like 20 minutes, which was wonderful! Thank you!

The Handy Toyota Service Department is fortunate to have Donovan Lefevre in their employment. He goes above and beyond to ensure customers are promptly addressed, respected, and satisfied to the best of his ability. The reasons my vehicle was serviced on 11/14/25 were all addressed, and I received texts messages as they were completed. Professional and accountable.
