My appointment for a Vermont State inspection was at 2:15. It took an hour and a half to complete. I thought an hour was a long time when I asked for an estimate on the time. However, Donovan was very nice.

I spent two hours waiting for my seasonal tire change only to be told at 4:50 PM that the tires could not be changed. I explicitly asked for my winter tires to be checked before starting any work. 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment is what I deem to be acceptable in this situation for someone to have simply checked. That is, I should have been informed by 3:30 PM. I was 10 minutes early for my 3:00 PM appointment. Had i been informed in a timely fashion, Handy might have been able to sell me new tires and I would not have wasted a full two hours in the waiting room. Haddad Subaru does a much better job with the whole service process when it comes to my Subaru.

All of the staff that were present in the service bay were attentive, efficient and friendly. I was checked in quickly. When items for repair were identified, Tori explained each in plain english, helped me figure out how to move forward, and got some of the repairs covered under the warranty. She is fantastic, i always appreciate the level of detail and attention she gives
