First of all, Handy Service reps, found me an appointment to get my winter tires on when no other places could or would. I was late for my appointment, from road construction and rain. The associate checked me right in and told me “no worries.” My inspection was very clear and well presented and I had an opportunity to choose which work I could get done that afternoon. Very professionall staff and great service. Thanks.

Megan was absolutely great, unfortunately I spent 6.5 hours waiting for my car today when I was told approximately 3 hours. It was certainly a rough day in the service department; however, this was simply unacceptable. Megan was gracious in giving me a $25 “coupon”, but I would have made different plans for dropping the car off and not staying if the estimated time given was anywhere close to what was reality.

We drove over an hour and waited several to have a piece replaced that was under warranty, but the wrong piece was ordered, and this was not communicated to us until the end of the appointment. So we must come back over an hour each way to get this fixed with the correct part once it arrives. I feel that the correct piece should have been ordered in the first place and if it was not, it should’ve been verified when the part was received before making an appointment with us.

I had my dad bring me truck in for service, had a scheduled appointment at 11:30 and stated to the receptionist that he would be waiting as it should have been a short appointment. My dad was there for 4 hours. He checked in with staff after a few hours and was told my truck had not even been taken back. My truck left the lot with the low tire pressure light on after being "serviced". If it is going to be a 4 hour appointment it should NOT be an option to wait for your vehicle. I understand that businesses are short staffed and busy but I am not satisfied with this visit especially leaving m "service appointment" with a light on my dash.

The actual car service was great, as always. Staff were friendly and thorough, and the car is good. What needs work is communication between customers, shuttle drivers and base. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle that was supposedly dispatched to pick us up. We had to wait outside because there was no way to be notified of his arrival, so we had to watch for him. Brrrrrr!
