I had an 1130 appointment, it was 1230 and my 15 year old had a 1:00 appointment right down the road. I asked a guy that came out about a shuttle for my son. He checked my car's status and it somehow got pushed back to 1:30. He got my son the ride and quickly fixed it to have them get my car done quickly. I really appreciated the great service all around!

Everyone but very friendly and courteous. I dropped the car off and had the rest of the afternoon to run my errands. I didn’t get to pick it up until 4:30. When I picked it up Tori took me to my car. Thank you Tori , I really appreciated that. I’d recommend your service to other people. I’ll be in, in January for a state inspection. Thanks Jane C

The way she handled things when we picked up the car was great. It was the other things that happened, or should I say didn't happen, before we got there that we didn't appreciate.

I was told one price via email (I have the email) and theb a higher price after the service was complete. Megan told me that I was bound to the higher price because I agreed to it when I "signed the truck in" however when the ipad was given to me to sign I was merely told that it was for handing over the truck and there was no discussion or mention of prices and it wasnt on the ipad either. Very classy bait and switch. Get them in the door with one price and then silently have them agree (without their actual knowledge) that the price will be higher. In your attempt to scam me out of $35 you have lost a customer and I will be sure to tell anyone that will listen my experience. I feel for the customers that dont notice and that get taken for more.
