The frustrating thing is communication. When I get the service report with a recommendation from the tech in a video and no other details in the report, it's not helpful. Also tried calling in multiple times and couldn't connect with anyone was challenging. Having the service plan covered seems like I get a different quality of care, and different messaging depending on who I talk to. It makes it challenging to plan around or schedule my work day. At this point I'm not sure if my car's brakes will pass the VT state inspection and this large bill will be sprung on me with limited time to address it. This isn't an issue with any one individual, just across the board experience since bringing my car in for regular check in since I purchased. Also I wasn't notified there was a recall until I made the appointment. Thanks

Thank you for the courteous service and for providing a clean and comfortable waiting room. The coffee station is always tidy, clean and well stocked. The service team is awesome.

Please listen: this is my third attempt to provide feedback on Jeff Shover. I completed all the information requested and hit SUBMIT. That’s as far as it went. Apparently your system is broken and FB on your employees is really not valued. If this message doesn’t get sent, then I will contact the owner of this “Handy Dealership” to discuss with why ask your customers to do something when you don’t really care. Thank you, Edward B
