Based on the emails sent out called “spend and save”, I purchased the checkered plates. When I went to pay I was told I was getting $50 off when I thought based on the emails sent ad I thought I was getting $150 off. I probably wouldn’t have purchased them. The ad says nothing about the amount off is based on the price of labor and doesn’t include the cost of the product too.
I love my ineos, but that left a sour taste in my mouth. Now I feel like I have to second guess the services I get and feel like I need to be skeptical on the cost being charged. That is unfortunate
justin is lnowledgable, professional, and responsive. what a GREAT representative. The service experience is definitely limited by your facilities and it would be great if you got him and the team out of that trailer! i also find it to be cumbersome to have to drive 2.5 hours each direction for a software update. my audi and tesla allow me to update from my home i wish i didn’t have to spend 5 hours on the road and 5 hours waiting for an update. thank you
My invoice stated that I need to pay 1081.82 however I paid 1114.27. Labor to evac a diff is 238.17 to insert a suction tube and **** out oil. Then charge me a new diff plug for each diff fo 47.48 when an M22x1.5 plug costs $3.00 and you can just replace the oring for less. If the dealer were fair in pricing I would bring it back. However this is basically ripping off the customer because it’s a “warranty first service”. I will be looking at doing my own service from here on out and documenting it. Good luck with the pricing.
