My experience for a service visit went great and Justin was awesome at keeping me updated during the service visit. The only thing that would have been better is that other dealers with comparable priced vehicles offer loaners for service repairs and maintenance. Otherwise the experience was great.
Justin and the entire Ineos team are amazing. Super responsive, professional, and courteous. The entire team across all the dealerships deserve praise. We have bought our last three cars from Arrowhead auto group and we will never go anywhere else. Why bother!? It wouldn’t even come close to the level of exceptional service you get from all the departments. Sales, service and beyond.

Justin gets 5-stars, but the policies of the dealership gets ZERO-Stars. I was informed my Grenadier needed a “30k mile service” which included a transmission fluid and filter change as well as brake fluid change. Only to find out this is not the recommendation of the manufacture, but rather a recommendation for the dealership policy. Presumably to make more money for the dealership by inventing service milestones. I have contacted Ineos as well as the Arizona Attorney General to report these shady tactics by Arrowhead Ineos.

A $1000+ routine service should include a car wash.
AC still does not work, part is on order with NO eta. Steering stabilizer was installed per my request I was quoted ~$300 for the part and 1-2 hours labor but I was charged over $700 with no P/L breakdown. Lastly the service reminder was to be reset as it is not even close to service time but it was not reset.

I took my vehicle in to have something fixed in addition fix something that was done by our dealership fixed. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the leak after driving an hour and a half. . I choose not to drive my vehicle down to the valley for a reason, the roads are terrible here and have had several windshields cracked due to the poor maintenance of the roads. Driving back from last visit to the dealership I unfortunately my windshield was hit and now I have a crack in my windshield. I understand this was just a coincidence nevertheless this has caused me more money and time.
