Please refer to discussion that was had with sales manager at time of service. Discussed improved daily communication with updates is needed as text service is not reliable nor accurate. Dealership had vehicle for week would have appreciated a loaner vehicle. Would have also appreciated car washed when picked up, windshield was already repaired and we removed tape so clearly that was not the concern.

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my recent service visit.
My vehicle is only two months old with approximately 4,000 miles. I brought it in for a routine oil change, which is covered under my service agreement. During pickup, I was informed that the front and rear differential fluids had also been replaced. When I went to pay, I had to remind the service representative about my service agreement, at which point he told me that only the oil change was covered.
I questioned why the differential fluids were replaced on a vehicle with such low mileage, and I was told this was “routine.” I was never informed in advance that these additional services were being performed, nor was I given the opportunity to approve or decline them. As a result, I was charged approximately $800 for services that I did not authorize and that seem unnecessary for a nearly new vehicle.
Additionally, I inquired about my LoJack service, which was never properly set up at the time of purchase. I was told I would receive an email to complete the setup, but I have not received anything.
The handling of this situation felt dismissive and dishonest, which is extremely disappointing given that this vehicle is only two months old. At this point, I have lost confidence in returning to your dealership for service unless absolutely necessary.
I would appreciate a review of this matter, clarification on why these services were performed without prior authorization, and appropriate resolution.

My vehicle is still broken. The tire sensor came on about halfway home and the popping noise is still there when I got off the freeway.
Alex is amazing, excellent customer service. Great dealership.
Back fender scratched from crew standing on it to check roof. Alignment not set completely straight on steering wheel.

Justin does s great job communicating about my truck, events, things to be on the lookout for. Only thing I have concern with is his walking on that surgically repair leg too much.
