First page of the document says that the car was going to be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. Nothing in the interior was touched, not a single vacuum and when somebody walks out paying over $2,500 for brake service and every single time we come in there it seems like it's an exorbitant amount of money so I walk away dissatisfied. I just got to find another place to get service

Please refer to discussion that was had with sales manager at time of service. Discussed improved daily communication with updates is needed as text service is not reliable nor accurate. Dealership had vehicle for week would have appreciated a loaner vehicle. Would have also appreciated car washed when picked up, windshield was already repaired and we removed tape so clearly that was not the concern.
