Warranty data failed to show up on our initial contact this morning. I was shocked to be handed a bill for 370.00 after repair was made. I asked about coverage of my Triton warranty, after finding the warranty info the correct bill was 0.0 dollars.

I waited 2 1/2 hrs for my service to be completed. Upon leaving I realized my tire pressure was not adjusted, which I had specifically asked to have checked. I did not have time to bring this to anyone’s attention after already being there as long as I had been. I do appreciate my service rep, Cassie, who was very helpful and offered a discount for my long wait.

Gary was absolutely the best! The service department was very busy and I watched him treat all the customers great. I work for a utility and I will tell my team about Gary as an example of professionalism and how to treat customers. I hope this feedback is passed on and whatever you do please embrace Gary as an example!! I can’t emphasize enough how pleasant he made the service experience! When I told my wife about this she said “oh you had Gary! He is the best”
