I wonder if Tyler is confused about his role in customer satisfaction…. After the man at the reception desk checked me in, he said that T would be my service advisor. But T was talking to a mechanic just then, so make myself comfortable in the waiting room. T did not make any personal connection with me during my wait time. I got texts and reports but not a word from T. Then I could see my car in the reception area and a mechanic brought a paper out to T empty desk. I sat and waited. T appeared at his station, looked at those papers and wandered out to the parking lot, soon out of sight. I stepped out of the waiting room and asked the woman at the nearby station if my car was ready to go. Another man said T was working on my papers…. I said “he is not! He’s out there on the parking lot” The woman checked me out and got my signature on the report. T strode back in and never said a word to me. He’s young and inexperienced, i presume. But the kind of ignorance can lose customers for Moses. I love my car and I’ll be back. But T needs to shape up and quit acting irresponsibly !

I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation because my timeslot was “overbooked”, so I didn’t have any charges for the services. When I did get my car back it still had the plastic on the seat, paper in the floor and on the dash board. My glove box was not put back in properly and was hanging there crooked and I could not get it back in on my own. There was a big arm print/smudge on the inside front passenger side window and then what I thought at the time was a smudge on the handle of that same door. I now know that is in fact 2 chips of paint scratched off the handle after trying to wash it off. I wash or wipe down my car almost everything single day and i know the scrapes on the car handle were not there before.
