Gary was great. He always is. I came in for a few things one being my right headlight was out. I left and got about 5 minutes out and thought to check my headlight. It was still out. I returned to the shop and Gary reassured me they would take care of it quickly. It was. Frustrating minor inconvenience but Gary was awesome.

Mr Walker was perfectly fine and professional in demeanor and attitude.My dissatisfaction stems from a glaring lack of communication between your appointment staff and your supply/ service staff . I was notified through the Corporate Toyota App that my 2nd "Key Fob" was available at your facility . I arranged to take a Vacation day from my Medical practice to drive from Beckley area to have the" Fob " programmed , only to be told It was not ordered and not available . I consider the entire day an expensive, aggregating one . I would suggest that in the future, your appointment staff /service/supply managers confirm that the proposed items are, in fact, before sending three appointment " text reminders"of one's appointment. I would like to request that my "Key Fob" be sent to L& S Toyota in Beckley for programming. I do not relish repeating the 90 minute drive for a straightforward service .

In the past, I was used to sitting in dirty, poorly lit service waiting areas at other dealerships. Coming to Moses Toyota for service is a dream!
