Gary was at my vehicle soon as soon as I came through the door, he took my keys. He confirmed the reason what my vehicle was therefore and I told him if it was possible did I need a vehicle because another appointment that I had he told me around 12 but received a text that it was ready around 11

Finance manager sold me a warranty for tire and rim. He obviously lied to me when he said you can bring it back as many times as needed if you bust a tire or Bend the rim. Now my rim is bent and Moses will not replace. I cannot take an unsafe vehicle back in my possession knowing I could hurt myself or someone else on the road . A bent rim will also wear out the bearings and tie rod ends being unbalanced . Moses needs to do what’s right and that’s replace my rim or refund my warranty that the finance manager sold me to pay for new rim . ****-****-xxxx cell

When I came in, I had a warning code on my screen. It said my wiper fluid was low. When I pulled off the lot, it was still showing a low fluid warning. So I don’t know if I need to add washer fluid, or if the code just wasn’t reset. The paperwork says all fluids were topped off. This was my first maintenance check-in, at 5000 miles. So, given that I purchased an upgraded maintenance plan, it’s a little disappointing customer service. The under the hood video was hard to view/hear. Not sure what was done exactly.

My work order was not completed as asked. No one told my husband that the tires could not or would not be completed in that appointment. Now I am faced with paying for another service at you location or making an appointment and paying another business to complete a task you missed.
