Gary was an exemplary asset when it came to accommodating me throughout the process of getting my car fixed. Team was professional. Car serviced right. On a Saturday the service advisor desk manned by competent professionals. I've worked in this industry 35 years. There's no issue that I saw. Couple young people saying Sir, thank you, and please working the appointment correctly. Maintenance performed quickly and correctly by the tech.

Everything went well, they have a very nice waiting area and since they had to keep it overnight, they took me home and came back to get me the next morning. Everyone in the service center was very friendly and helpful. They made it easy.

The tire had to be ordered because it wasn’t in stock but when it arrived I was not contacted. No offense but that seems to be a part of the follow up procedure for completing the original job?
