Very friendly and welcoming! The waiting room was so nice, clean and spacious. My oil change and tire rotation took no time and kept me updated the whole service! They did a great job! Would highly recommend them for any services! Thank you Moses Toyota!

As always, everyone was courteous, very friendly. There was a problem due to a mishap on oil change. When I went to speak to the manager, expecting rude, dismissive conversation, he was kind, soft spoken, acknowledged the error, took responsibility and offered resolution. He did some kind of testing that day, took a bit to get the results. When he got results, he took his time explained everything in detail. He also offered more testing on next oil change in 5000 miles because I expressed my fear damage would show up later down the line. The test would check to make sure no metal flakes in the oil that would ensure no damage was done. I made a comment how I was afraid of the car related to the oil mishap. He Wrote on paper to do another test to make sure no metal flakes were in the oil, to ensure the car was safe and I felt safe! He didn’t have to but he did. It mattered to him that I was worried. Just another test to ensure no damage and to make sure I felt safe in the car. I have since bought another Toyota, I have not lost my faith in the company or the staff or management. I’m Toyota fan forever! In all my years of driving and the many cars I've purchased over the years, I am still true blue Toyota customer, oil mishap and all! Patrick street Toyota, FABULOUS!!

The lady who worked with me was very kind & understanding. She listened to all my concerns.

The only issue I have is that my car smelled of smoke after I received it back. I as well as my daughter have severe asthma - so we do not tolerate smoke smell as it puts us into an attack. I had to wipe everything down and purchase air fresheners for the car!
