Tyler was extremely helpful in dealing with the tyre damage that we had experienced during our cross country trip. He was efficient and courteous, and had us back on the road very quickly. I was charged for tire rotation and I didn’t request it. I only wanted an oil change and a new inspection sticker which I got. When the guy checked me in he asked me if I was there for an oil change and sticker which I said yes. If he also said tire rotation I did not hear him which is possible because I don’t hear well. If that’s the case I’m sorry and it would be my fault. Thank you for Servicing my car for several years. Linda R

Was met immediately when I pulled into the service center. The service was fast. The technician came into the waiting room when my car inspection was completed. Check-out personnel were very quick and courteous.

I did not appreciate the 3% charge for using a charge card. I know you say you have to pay, but like property tax or the electrical bill, that is a cost of business that should be just cost that is included in you price.

The only question I really had was about the pad replacement on my brakes. With not quite 20,000 miles in less than 2 years old why would they have worn out so quickly. Other than that everything was great.
