My Tacoma is having an issue of not starting at random times. I have researched this and it appears there is an issue with starters in the 2025 model. This is an obvious issue with my Tacoma that has been identified not only by the public (found on YouTube with video documentation to support) but by the Toyota corporation as well. However the repair shop has refused to repair the issue because they cannot witness the trucks issue of not starting when it was in the shop April 20-21. However , when it was in the shop the previous 2 times, it had to be jumped, and they replaced the battery. This incident has occurred 4 times with under 12,000 miles on the truck and has left me and my family stranded due to this issue. I purchased this vehicle because I have had a great experience with a previous Tacoma and Moses, however this situation is making me regret this decision. My name is Robert W

Tyler was great and amazing to work with! Figured out the issues with my car on spot and the drive home felt way more safe than before! They figured out the problem of my vehicle, and fixed it as soon as possible. Super kind, and very respectful! 10/10!!

Tyler was very nice and Gary too. New surroundings look great and all was completed in a timely manner. I miss Dean Bradford. He was my favorite mechanic and the reason I bought a Toyota.
