I had an appointment at 3:15 to have a tire that I purchased from you mounted at 4:30 my car was ready That is not acceptable to anyone I had 5tires(including the spare) done in 30 minutes for my Jeep Do you know anyone who would be satisfied with this service that I had today?

There were a number of issues this time. Prior to this my experience with Moses has been exceptional! I’m hoping something is temporarily wrong. To start with, when I called and asked about the warranty for my tires the person I spoke to said it’s not covered at all. I then looked at the paperwork that came with my vehicle and realized that it was covered by the tire manufacturer, but not Toyota. I completely understand that but I feel like that is something that the person I spoke to should’ve known and conveyed to me. Beyond that it took five business days to replace one tire. Granted, I have to admit, I am not very familiar with tires. Perhaps the tires used on my vehicle are not a normal size but they are stock. Additionally, when we use local tire stores for my wife’s Honda van it is always a half day experience. I’ve never waited five days in my life to replace a tire. Additionally, there was a point when they could not find my vehicle on the lot. However, I place more blame on the tow truck driver and myself for that one (it was towed to Moses outside of business hours), but that is concerning. To Moses’ credit, am employee contacted me to tell me they couldn’t find it, which allowed me to use my Toyota app to give them a more precise location. Finally, after paying for the tire online and coming in to pick up my vehicle, I walked through the service department and was instructed to go to the front desk. I stood there for a while without anyone helping me so finally, I went back to the person who instructed me to go to the front desk to confirm that I was at the correct front desk. At that point, that person came to the front desk and helped me. I feel like if only one of these issues occurred, I might not even mention it. However, with all of them occurring, I felt compelled to share it with you. Everyone knows dealerships charge too much for things like tires but I used Moses anyway because of the positive experiences, I’ve had there. In my mind, paying a little extra is worth it. I cannot say that for this particular experience. On the flipside, so far it seems that the maintenance was done correctly. The people I interacted with were very friendly.Toyota roadside assistance was outstanding. I will still continue to use Moses and I will continue to recommend them. I will not be sharing this one negative experience with my friends and family. This is less of a complaint and more of feedback. I hope it helps.

I did notice on my passenger front finder there was an oil hand print. It does not bother me much but other people might be upset about it. Other then that I love it at moses keep up the good work

Tyler is aware of my dissatisfaction. The sunroof in my 2025 4 runner limited leaks and apparently the dealership and Toyota think an acceptable solution is to not go through a car wash. It’s not a drip or two it’s water pouring into the vehicle, soaking myself and the passenger seat. Every car I’ve owned has had a sunroof or moonroof and not a single one leaked including the Nissan I traded when buying this Toyota. This is NOT acceptable on a brand new vehicle that doesn’t even have 2k miles.
