My paperwork was not left with the lady at the service desk. She spent 20 minutes searching and calling the service tech that had already gone home as this was just after 5:30pm. I paid anyway. She was kind enough to text a copy of the paperwork the next morning.

The issue with the rear hatch motor wasn’t resolved. I let Tyler know it should have been covered under the extended warranty I purchased. He said he would check it out and get back with me and I still haven’t heard anything from him?

The persons I interacted with were professional my issues were with the $150 fee to look at my car. And the price of the parts and labor. I believe that needs to be 2 items. Part then Labor. Thank you, April M
