Taylor and all the personnel was wonderful and nice. I just wish I would have known I was going to be charged for that oil change. I thought it was free till the 25 thousand mile mark. I wasn’t expecting to pay 95.00 today.

One thing that was on my list that wasn’t addressed: the car cannot be locked by the loc on the inside of the door. It unlocks as soon as I walk away.

Professional, he explained all services quoted a price ahead of time, completed the job in the time frame promised and the price of the service was what he quoted. The new Toyota service drive in area is very nice and overall the experience was greatly enhanced over previous times I’ve been here for service. 10/10.

Ever since my first multi inspection, I have had the comment please do not stack the driver side floor mats. I have no idea what they’re talking about. My floor mats are factory installed.
