Ghe Work performed wasn't verified as fixing the issue. The caliphsr identified as making the front noise wasn't the issue So I had to make another appointment to get vehicle repaired. I will say the staff was as nice and friendly as usual but the car was checked before letting me go.

I understood that the recall would be 4 to 41/2 hours and that my car would be returned that afternoon. A little after 5 I called and was told that my car wouldn’t be returned until the next day. I think I should have been notified so I didn’t wait for the car. Also there was a comment about the driver floor mat being doubled and that is the way the mat was when I purchased the car

Travis texted and called me to confirm what was being completed with my vehicle and what would be covered under the current service plan. This was something I was completely unaware of and he explained it thoroughly.

I was not pleased that I wasn’t allowed to take advantage of getting an alignment at $129. Maybe I should have mentioned it when I checked in, but was told I also needed to bring the paper with me. Not away to build customer loyalty.
