The wheels were not washed and car was not vacuumed out like we were told when we purchased it. They only did front driver and passenger.

After failing my vehicle for inspection they took off the evening state inspection sticker off the front. Why remove it unless you plan to put another one on or put the old back or don’t take it off before you know it will pass inspection. I had another month before I had to get a new one. If I get stopped without the sticker I’m sure I’ll get a ticket. Not good.

The invoice I received via text was over $300 less than the invoice I was presented with at the dealership. This is a serious issue and it was explained to me that this is a known problem. Do not send invoices via text if they are known to be incorrect.

I received a service reminder via text so made the appointment through the link in the text. I did not realize it was being made for the Lexus side of the service department. Thought it was for oil change, but told it was only for 25,000 check and tire rotation. Told only need oil changes every 10k miles (no one bothered to inform me of this previously). It was confusing.

My dissatisfaction had nothing to do with tie lady who checked me in - I was very upset about the fact that my appt was a robo call and when I arrived they didn’t have it on the schedule so I had to wait 3 hours .. I was told I needed new tires - 1800.00 - - not true - encouraged to bu An extended warranty … all I had come for was battery replacement for my key which is ridiculous - what bull **** / why would a Lexus have a key that the battery dies in - I felt like it was a bull **** visit to get me to spend a bunch of $$ - shame on you

I don’t feel like service was completely explained. I was told car needed new tires but nothing discussed past that. Not sure why I paid to have tires rotated if I’m replacing tires within month. Not much info given. Will probably take to tire shop.
